All levels welcome!

Women of every age, ability, and background are encouraged to join. Whether you’re logging big miles, jogging your first trail run, or enjoying a hike, there’s a group for you.

Trail Options

Indian Lake County Park, featuring a stretch of the Ice Age Trail, offers wide, non-technical paths and gentle rolling hills suitable for all levels. You can join one of three groups:

• 6-mile run

• 4-mile run/walk

• 2-mile hike

Schedule

8:00 AM – Meet Up: Indian Lake County Park Trailhead

8:10 AM – Kickoff: Quick waivers and introductions

8:20 AM – Warm-Up: Easy movement together to get the blood flowing

8:30 AM – Trail Time: Choose your distance and head out with your group

9:30 AM – Coffee + Community: Regroup at the trailhead for FREE Ancora coffee (BYOM!)

What to Bring

• Clothing: Dress for the weather and bring layers

• Shoes: Trail or running shoes with good traction

• Water: Hydrate during or after your outing

• BYOM: Bring your own mug, thermos, cup, or whatever vessel you love to enjoy free Ancora coffee at the trailhead.
